Return & Refund Policy
At Baliveno, every purchase is backed by our commitment to quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no unnecessary questions, no unnecessary friction.
2. Eligible Items
- Clothing & Accessories — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Shoes — unworn, soles unmarked, in original packaging.
- Home Goods & Décor — unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
- Clearance or Final Sale items (clearly marked at point of purchase)
- Personalized products, unless faulty
4. How to Return
- Contact us — email contact@baliveno.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.
- Receive your RMA — we will send a Return Merchandise Authorization and, where eligible, a prepaid shipping label within 2 business days.
- Pack & ship — include all original tags, labels, and packaging. Attach the shipping label and drop off with the specified carrier.
- Refund or exchange processed — once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
5. Return Shipping
- Free returns on orders over £75.
- A flat fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £75 and is deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover all return shipping costs.
Please retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed. Returns arriving without tracking or proper packaging may be subject to partial refunds.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the standard return process applies.
