Q: What payment methods are supported?

Q: Can I pay with my Paypal account?

Of course, Paypal is an accepted form of payment.

  • Select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website to continue the payment.
  • If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with user data and confirm the payment.If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and confirm your payment.

You will be returned to the shopping home page and your order and payment will be successful.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped, and you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Q: How long can I get a refund?

It depends on the original payment method:

For Credit cards, it can take 3-15 business days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)

For Paypal, it can take about 1 business day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
