Size & fit

Check the size options and measurement table in the product details. Follow the table labels: measurements may refer to the garment or the body. Do not assume they are interchangeable. If a measurement or its meaning is missing, ask customer care before ordering.

Fabric & care

Fabric percentages, weight and care instructions vary by item. Refer to the product-specific description and the garment care label. If a fact is not shown or is unclear, ask us to confirm it before ordering.

Delivery, returns & consumer rights

Processing or production varies by product and fulfilment partner. For eligible UK standard shipments, the estimated 3-5 business days in transit starts after dispatch. It does not include processing. Mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels. Final available delivery methods and charges appear at checkout.

Eligible items can be returned under our voluntary 30-day offer. Free return postage applies to original goods totals over £75. For £75 or less, including exactly £75, our return label costs £6.99; if you arrange your own postage, you pay its direct cost instead. Original goods totals are measured after discounts and exclude delivery. Faulty or incorrect goods are handled at no return-postage cost for the applicable remedy. Statutory rights are unaffected. Read the full return policy.
