Shipping & Delivery
At Baliveno, we aim to get every order to you promptly and in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Options & Costs
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: £3.95. Free on orders of £45 or more.
- Express: £7.95.
International
We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery options and prices for your country are shown at checkout once you enter your address. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't currently deliver there.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to edit or cancel it. If you need to change an address or other detail, contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp on +44 7513 644141 or at contact@baliveno.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the change before dispatch, though we can't guarantee it.
4. Delivery & Risk
Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to the delivery service. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date and we'll help you look into it, including with the carrier directly where needed.
We're unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking indicates a package was lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@baliveno.com or on WhatsApp and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. International Orders
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
