    Size & fit

Garment sizing differs by style. Check the size options and any garment-measurement table in the product information above; measurements should be read as garment dimensions unless explicitly identified as body measurements. If dimensions are missing, contact customer care before choosing a size.

    Fabric & care

Fabric percentages, weight and care instructions vary by item. Refer to the product-specific description and the garment care label. If a fact is not shown or is unclear, ask us to confirm it before ordering.

    Delivery, returns & consumer rights

Processing time depends on the garment, stock availability and fulfilment partner. For eligible UK standard shipments, an estimated 3–5 business days in transit is after dispatch, not from the date of purchase. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery methods, final shipping charges and available estimates are shown at checkout.

Our voluntary 30-day returns policy applies to eligible items, with exclusions and return fees explained in the Return & Refund Policy. This offer is separate from your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. If your order total is exactly £75, please confirm the return-postage terms with us until the threshold is clarified.
