🔄 Baliveno Return & Refund Policy

1. Easy Returns — 30-Day Money‑Back Guarantee

At Baliveno, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. What You Can Return

  • Clothing & Accessories: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags securely attached.

  • Shoes: Must be unworn, with soles unmarked and in original packaging.

  • Home Goods & Décor: Must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.

If an item is damaged or defective, please let us know immediately—we’ll happily replace it or help you arrange a return.

3. What You Can’t Return

  • Any item not in its original condition (e.g., signs of wear or damage)

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Send an email to balivenodunkley@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Items you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Get Your Return Authorization
    You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label (if eligible) within 2 business days.

  3. Package & Ship
    Carefully pack your items (include all tags, labels, and original packaging), attach the shipping label, and drop off at the specified carrier.

  4. Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive your return and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

    • Refunds go to the original payment method

    • Exchanges are shipped within 2 business days after approval

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free return shipping on orders over $75.

  • For orders under $75, a small flat fee of $6.99 applies and is automatically deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective item), we’ll cover the full return shipping.

6. Missing or Damaged Refunds

  • Lost or damaged returns that arrive without proper tracking or packaging may be denied or only receive partial refunds.

  • Keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as “Final Sale”)

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, order modifications or returns must follow the standard return process.
