Returns Policy

Every Baliveno purchase is backed by our commitment to quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

How to Return

Email us at contact@baliveno.com or WhatsApp us on +44 7513 644141 with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Your reason for the return

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with your return instructions and, where eligible, a prepaid shipping label.

Return Postage

  • Free returns on orders over £75.
  • A flat fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £75, deducted from your refund.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we cover all return costs.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange where stock allows. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalised products, unless faulty

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the standard return process applies.
